Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, Nutrivanta will notify you promptly by email.


Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard UK delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take slightly longer due to distance, weather conditions, courier capacity, or limited carrier routes

While we always strive for timely delivery, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Nutrivanta is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link where available.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.


Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders.

Expedited or express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Nutrivanta is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please include clear photos of the package, product, label, and its contents so we can assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us by email and we will help review the delivery information and assist with the next steps.

Where necessary, we may help initiate an investigation or claim with the carrier.


Supplement Product Delivery

Nutrivanta sells vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, collagen, digestive supplements, amino acids, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, sleep supplements, enzymes, MCT oil, royal jelly, and other wellness products.

To maintain product quality, please check your package as soon as it arrives. If you believe the product is damaged, incorrect, expired, or unsuitable due to a delivery issue, please contact us promptly.


International Shipping

At this time, Nutrivanta ships only within the United Kingdom.
