Return Policy

At Nutrivanta, we want our customers across the United Kingdom to shop for vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, collagen, digestive supplements, amino acids, essential fatty acids, sleep supplements, and other wellness products with confidence.

We accept returns within 30 days only in cases where the issue is caused by the seller.

Eligible return situations include:

  • The package arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • The supplement arrived with an expired or near-expired date
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, near-expired, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Nutrivanta as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging where possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used dietary supplements
  • Products with broken seals or damaged safety packaging caused after delivery
  • Perishable goods, food, or beverages
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or incorrect

Because Nutrivanta sells health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, collagen, digestive supplements, amino acids, enzymes, MCT oil, royal jelly, sleep supplements, or similar products unless the item is faulty, expired, or incorrect.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product if it is eligible for return. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product through the Nutrivanta online store.

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all supplement products due to stock availability and health product handling requirements.


UK Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped within the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

However, for sealed health, hygiene, and supplement products, this right may not apply once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.

As with our standard return policy, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom is 5–8 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, courier delays, or stock availability changes. If there is any issue with your order, our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.
